Given the nature of my last post it would appear that I am a “downer” person.  Far from it.  I believe very strongly in encouragement and lifting others up.  The Bible talks plenty about that as well.  To balance out what may have seemed like a harsh post, I would encourage you to check out this post by Craig Groeschel.  He says it a whole lot better than I can so I will let him speak to you, to me.

So…if someone were to ask you to do this, what words would you use?  You can choose to share them or to journal them and then put them away for safe keeping and consistent looking.
