Missing

Written by cycleguy on February 22nd, 2015

I’m posting this Sunday night like I always do. (I post at 8:00 the night before and posts run all day).ย  But this post comes with something different.

Monday, Ryan (our youth pastor) and I head to Catalyst OneDay in Lexington, KY with four other guys for a one day lesson in Leadership on Tuesday. Craig Groeschel and Andy Stanley are the featured speakers. I have attended 4 OneDays so far and have come away enriched in leadership each time. I look forward to it this time and what makes it better is five other guys will be going with me.

The difference? I will be unable to respond to this post past 10:00 Monday morning and none at all on Tuesday. So rather than just post something for the sake of posting something, I will be missing in your inbox on Tuesday. I know that makes you extremely disappointed.ย  ๐Ÿ™‚ย  I will post something Tuesday night which will run all day Wednesday (which I will be able to respond to).

So I give you this video to watch, listen to, and be inspired by.

Hope you take away a whole sack of “take aways” from this conference.

Hi Bill! Happy Travels to you, and I hope your conference will fill you with inspiration and support. Pastors need that, just like we all do. Maybe even more!
    Blessings,
    Ceil

I really wish my pastor blogged. It’s fun to be networked on the interwebs with your church body! – http://www.domesticgeekgirl.com

Enjoy, I am going to a Kay Arthur conference in a week, super excited, know God will teach my heart. It’s encouraging to read about any pastor who wants to be fed himself…Enjoy

And when you get back, be sure to send me your address so I can get that bag in the mail to ya’ …

Good for you two. Pressing ahead for the good raceโ€ฆ Well done. Good song!

  10. What a great event, I bet it was wonderful. My husband and I tried to go one year with our church to one they were having in Atlanta when we lived in SC. We had many horses so couldn’t arrange it, we downloaded the audios and listened to them instead. I’m a huge Andy Stanley fan. Just got done with the Killin’ It series. It was great.
