About

bill1My name is Bill Grandi and I began as Lead Pastor of Owen Valley Christian Fellowship in November of 2005. OVCF is in Spencer, IN and was birthed in October of 2004. Spencer is a town of 3000, in a county of about 23,000, with about 70% of them unsaved.

I married my college sweetheart (Jo) on June 16, 1973. We have two daughters: one lives in Knoxville, TN as an elementary school teacher; the other is an assistant daycare leader who lives in Columbus, OH with our almost perfect grandson. I am an avid road cyclist riding a Trek Madone 2.3. When I find time for other things I also like to read, work 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles (especially trains), watch movies, and work out. I have a fascination with the Titanic and its history. Above all else though, I love spending time with Jo.

My personal mission statement is “to lead people to an ever-deepening relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other.

    Bill,
I am very impressed with your blog and how much time you have put into making it speak God’s Word. I just released my blog http://awalkoffaith.wordpress.com and am excited about how God will use it to transform the hearts of men and women who are hungry for the Word and are ready to walk with Him. It would mean the world to me if you could check out my blog and share it with those around you.

God bless and thank you for taking the time to look at my blog.
    Michelle Jensen

    P.S.
Do you have any prayer requests for your blog?

Hey Bill…thank you so much for the comment this morning. I’ve looked around and can’t find your email address. Would you mind sending it to me? I’d like to share a prayer need.
    My email is :
    rrg723@yahoo.com
    Thanks.
ps. I’m behind on comments on my favorite blogs but want to tell you I love how you see the deeper meanings in movies. Nothing is ever shallow and meaningless to me, so I love it when someone else does the same thing!

Searching for your email addy myself…wanted to c/p my reply to you from today’s post. 🙂

Also, I noticed that I replied to the notifications of prior comments only to find out that it was just bumping back to “reply-blogger” email addy and not directly to you. *sigh* I feel bad because now it feels like I was having a one way conversation and/or not sharing what was on my heart with your replies. ack!

So if you wouldn’t mind, could you hook a sista up with your email addy? LOL

    peace~

    Bill,

I love this picture of you and your wife! What a sweet couple. I will have to show Garrett tonight. I am sorry for not doing a better job of posting on your site. Life has definitely thrown me some curve balls as of late.

How can Garrett and I keep you two love birds in prayer?
